About Chapel of Faith
Chapel Of Faith Bible Assembly International
General Overseer, Bishop Dr. Emeka M. Nwankpa
The great, but humble beginning of this dynamic ministry, Chapel of Faith Bible Assembly International Onitsha, Anambra State started in the parlour of Mrs. Joyce Amobi. The Assembly then consisted of Mrs. Amobi, her five children, and the pastor perfected the good number seven at their first service in 1996. As grace manifested, Nations began to gather from within and outside the Onitsha region to be partakers of God's blessings through the direction of Rev. Emeka Nwankpa.
In 2000, the worship centre was moved to Ajasa Street, Onitsha, until the congregation growth could not be contained; subsequently, the Church relocated to its present site, 3-3 Junction, Nkwelle Ezunaka, Onitsha.
CHAPEL AND PASTORS
Since the Church was inaugurated, approximately ten pastors have been trained and served in the Church, many have gone on to do well in their own branch.
CHURCH GROWTH / EXPANSION
The Assembly today started as an interdenominational fellowship that attracted people from various towns and nearby communities before God's servant was instructed to run a local assembly which gave birth to the Church, sister branches, and other unmentioned site.
Presently, Chapel of Faith Bible Assembly International has expanded from Onitsha as the principle branch to Awka, Abakaliki, Lagos, and its newest branch in Dallas, Texas.
