​We are located in Arlington, Texas U.S.A. We have been in the fashion industry since August 2004. We Specialized on European (mostly Italian) Designers collections and fashionable locales here in the U.S and we choose only the best and most stylish of each of their collections to sell on our site. We have our own fashion Clothing and accessories line as well. We design and tailored custom made evening dresses according to your desire. Due to personal and privacy reasons, we DO NOT put prices on BHYWLAS COUTURES. This is how it works; once you have seen the item(s) you want, choose your desire fabrics #, the item # and fill out the order form COMPLETELY and SUBMIT. Once we receive your order form, we will response to it within 24 hours with the pricing and shipping information.  After all is agreed on, you can either make your payment via PAYPAL or MONEY ORDER mail to our address.  We begin with the processing of your order (s). It usually takes up to 2-4 weeks for you to receive the order from the time we receive complete payment to shipment. We ship via USPS except otherwise!  For the lady’s Fashion suits and Casuals, we use the U.S standard sizes, so we usually have them is stock, except otherwise.  Also, you will notice that there are a lot of unique items here that you will not see elsewhere. This is because some of the items we sell are highly exclusive- meaning, the designers only produces a very limited number.
